AGI Congress Biel/Bienne

23 — 25.09.2015

Special Project

Poster

As you know, the special project is an important part of the congress.

The theme of this year’s project – organized by Stephan Bundi – is Coexistence. It is a topical theme of great relevance and suits the venue of the congress (Biel is home to people from 125 nations).

Those who will not be able to come in September will remain in the game and are asked to send their poster to be presented in the exhibition and publication.

Theme

“Coexistence”

Coexistence characterizes the simultaneous presence of different systems and peaceful coexistence is a fundamental condition for human beings to live as a community in peace and freedom. Human rights protect the basis of human existence and the rules for the peaceful coexistence of peoples. Human Rights are indivisible and interdependent. Furthermore they are indispensable for sustainable development. The respect of human rights and fundamental freedoms are the base of human dignity.

Since posters address the broad public, they will be exhibited in the public space between September 21 and 30 with support from the AGP/SGA. We hope to show the exhibition as a whole or in part in other places, also outside of Switzerland (touring exhibition).
